Love this quote

God's will is exactly what you would want if you knew all the facts.

My friend Ginny shared that with me - don't know who actually said it, but I really liked it and wanted to share it on my blog.

Thanks for reading,  Susan

  1. Hi Susan - Greetings from Bar Harbor, Maine!! I loved that quote, too. Today, we took a bus tour of Acadia National Park. The tour guide was a native and has lived in Bar Harbor his entire life; he has been doing tours for 36 years. Boy, did he share fascinating and interesting information, but here was my favorite -- Acadia means, "God given peaceful place." Can't think of a better description for such a beautiful place...Love you, my friend!! And remember you can now count your remaining treatments on ONE HAND!! Beth

  2. Susan, You have done great and will continue to do good. You are always in my thoughts and prayers. Keep your faith. God dosen't give us more than he thinks we can handle. You will be such a stronger person when you are done with the treatments. I know it does get better each time. The last treatment will be here before you know it. I know we can't wait for that day - a day to celebrate.

  4. Great Quote! I have definitely learned that lesson through the years. I don't always like the direction His Will is taking me, but I always know it is exactly where I am supposed to be :) It brings great comfort to be able to rest in that knowledge. Praying that this round goes smoothly for you.
    love ya,
    Patricia

  5. Hi Susan,
My computer still is not 100% but I got to "catch up" with your blog today.
It sounds like you're feeling better this round and I hope that's the case.
When this is all over, you will look back on it and the view will be different ... you will be stronger and your faith will have grown so much greater than it is today.
Know that you're actually helping to strengthen the faith of those around you because you have so many people who love you. Your strength and your faith are so visible to everyone who meets you.
Holler if you need anything ... even ice cream at midnight ... I'll do it!
    Love you bunches.
    Sheila
